Upon graduation, Megan joined the firm of Milieu Design as an Assistant Designer. With this small interior design shop she was able to develop her experience, wisdom and expertise in the Interior Design field. The company’s custom furniture line aided in Megan’s ability to give attention to key design details and formed her opinion that small points of focus create the largest impact.

The company provided design services in the Hospitality; Residential; Commercial; Retail and Office markets.

 

Megan later joined the Medici Company as an Assistant Designer to the company’s lead designer. At the Medici Company, Megan practiced the designer/client approach in which she began the project by drafting house plans clear through specifying interior materials and finishing with custom furniture and art. Here she learned the skills to interpret clients’ desires and make them a reality.

 

Megan then opened her own Interior Design company called Coventry Group Design, which specialized in home restoration. Megan enjoyed the challenge of restoring the charming and stately old homes that dotted the landscape of Utah. She also designed custom furniture, drapery and bedding.
